Double Trouble…

….but twice the fun.

On June 7th just before 6pm, we welcomed Sophie Belle and Asher Caul into the world.  They both weighed in at just over 5 pounds each and are doing great for being just over 5 weeks early.  I was fortune enough to be able to be in the delivery room with my sister when she had them.  That also means I have before, during and after pictures of her for blackmail later.  ;)

Asher Caul, resting easy.  He had a little trouble breathing at first, but was able to get rid of the oxygen within a few hours.

 

Sharing a bed for the first time.  They are about a week old in this picture.  Sophie apparently was not all that thrilled about sharing with her brother and required her paci to calm her.  Looks like Misty will have her hands full.
